Meal/drink costs for participants staying outside the MPEG hotel:
- A daily ticket (45 Euro + VAT) should be purchased at the registration desk.
- Outside participants should note that there is a financial impact on the funding of the meeting, since the hotel charges the organizer daily for every outside participant, so purchasing these tickets is strongly recommended.
Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:
Cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the MPEG 142 Organizing Secretariat (Dekon Congress & Tourism) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to [email protected]. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
- Cancellation requests received before or on March 02, 2023 will be refunded with a one night rate applied as a penalty.
- Cancellation requests received on or after March 03, 2023 will not be refunded.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and the payment will be non-refundable.
Late arrival /Early Departure Fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates of your confirmed booking, the total cost of accommodation will be charged and no refunds will be issued.
Please note that registration or accomodation refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of MPEG 142, and bank charges and a 50 Euro administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
